Published since 2015. Certificate of registration of the media, ЕЛ No. ФС 77-60414 dated December 30, 2014, issued by the Federal Service for Supervision in the field of communications, information technology and mass communications (Roskomnadzor).

The founder of the journal is Moscow International Higher School of Business "MIRBIS" (Institute), short name Institute MIRBIS.

Quarterly edition.

The journal is reviewed by economic, sociological, philosophical and political sciences.

When selecting materials for publication, the main criterion is their high scientific level. The manuscripts are reviewed, all materials published in the journal are examined scientifically.

Authors of the published materials are responsible for their content, selection and accuracy of the cited facts, quotations, statistics, proper names, geographical names. The editors do not enter into correspondence with the authors. The opinion of the authors may not coincide with the opinion of the editorial board and the editorial board.
